Note: Modification to Smoothies:
I substitute the lowfat vanilla yogurt with 2 scoops of delicious Vanilla YOR Shake.
It adds more protein to the smoothie and cuts down on the sugar content drastically!!

Note: Modification to Macaroni and Vegetables:
I substitute the noodle with a Gluten FREE noodle, and used full fat cheese and don’t include the orange juice.
It cuts down on the sugar content drastically and is friendly to people who eat a gluten free diet!!
